What information do we collect?
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, optional phone number, the service you chose and your message. If you become a client we also receive the documents needed for your work, such as CNIC copies, bank details and business papers. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website, as described below.
How do we use it?
To reply to your enquiry and to carry out the registration, filing or advice you asked for. Documents are shared only with the relevant body (for example FBR, SECP or IPO-Pakistan) where your work requires it, or where the law requires. Analytics data helps us see which guides are useful and fix pages that are not working well; it is not used to identify you personally.
Who else handles your data?
- FormSubmit transmits contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface; your browser requests it from Google, which can see your IP address.
- Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, to help us understand site traffic.
- Microsoft Clarity sets cookies and records anonymised interactions (such as clicks and scrolling) to help us improve page layout.
- WhatsApp and email providers carry messages you send us.
How long do we keep it, and what are your choices?
We keep information only as long as needed to respond or to complete and record the work you asked for. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@businessregistrationpakistan.com or using the contact page.
Security
Please avoid sending passwords or full document sets until we have agreed how to exchange them. We will never ask for the verification codes sent to your phone.
