Who files, and why
FBR requires an annual return from every registered company, regardless of whether it turned a profit. For individuals, filing is required once income crosses the taxable threshold, and is generally recommended even below it to stay on the Active Taxpayer List.
A return includes your income, expenses, tax already withheld (for example on your bank transactions or utility bills), and any tax due or refundable. We prepare and file this on your behalf so nothing is missed.

Every company registered with SECP, and every individual with an NTN whose income exceeds the taxable threshold, must file an annual income tax return with FBR.
Yes. A company must file an annual return even at zero profit or a loss — failing to file at all carries different, often steeper, consequences than filing a nil return.
Late filing can trigger a penalty and may result in your name being removed from FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), which raises the withholding tax rate applied to many of your transactions.
